Divin Vigneron Sauvignon Blanc: Distinct aromas of white fruit, pear, blackcurrant, cherry blossom, wild nettle, vanilla, fresh wood and coffee nuances. A delicate experience that subtly combines the freshness of the fruit with the complexity of the woody notes. Produced in the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from parcels of old vines. It is the result of blending a part matured in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit with another part matured in barrels for 10 months. This complexity allows Divin to create an exceptional base wine for the delicate process of dealcoholisation. <0.5% ABV

OddBird Low Intervention White N°2: A natural wine from North Alsace in France, which has a unique terroir with a lot of minerality. The grapes are a blend of 100% organic Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc and Riesling, which are selected with care and picked all by hand. This wine is made with an entirely natural wine-making process. On the nose: Honeycomb, almond, and green apple on the nose. On the palate: Grapefruit and mineral notes on the palate. A complex wine with a medium to long finish and a nice line of acidity. <0.5% ABV

Edenvale Pinot Gris: A beautifully balanced Australian Pinot Gris, vibrant and juicy with the hallmark ‘Gris’ texture, and mouth-watering flavours of ripe stone fruit, poached pear and apricot. <0.5% ABV
