Crafted from 100% natural cider apples grown in the green valleys of Asturias, Spain's historic cider heartland. The fermentation is carefully controlled to keep alcohol below 0.5%, preserving authentic apple flavour and a clean, crisp profile. The cider is then gently carbonated to create a fine, refreshing sparkle.
