Noughty Rouge Syrah: Produced with 100% Syrah grapes from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling, South Africa. The grapes are grown in strategically selected sites, which get the warm sunny and cooling effect of the Atlantic Ocean. Deep soils from decomposed granite and rich clay help to provide good drainage.

Noughty Rouge is a deliciously well-balanced red wine that is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petal and candied cherries integrated with French oak tannins. <0.5% ABV

Divin Pinot Noir: Produced in the Loire Valley, this Pinot Noir has been selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance between tannins and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate exercise of de-alcoholisation. The aroma is delicate but engaging, ranging from red fruits, redcurrant, strawberry and cherries to fresher notes of mint and tomato leaf. The wine has a medium structure, an acidity that gives freshness balanced by an alive but not aggressive tannin. 0% ABV
