100% organic Tempranillo. Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further dealcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. Four hour maceration. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

Beautiful classic rosé in colour with a scent of freshly picked berries. The balance between sweetness and acidity is in perfect harmony.
