GlowGlow Traubensaft

Traubensaft translates to “grape juice” and that’s exactly what it is – unfermented juice from Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc. This was previously made for themselves (Baumberger family) and some friends, a harvest-time treat if you will, refreshing and thirst quenching.

The grapes are picked quite early so there’s plenty of acidity, and not very high in sugar, although the aromatic nose might have you thinking otherwise. Tastes of green notes, a bit herbal, crisp, fresh and sweet.
