Divin Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

Produced in the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc is selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance between sweetness and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate exercise of dealcoholisation. The eye is yellow with light golden reflections. On the nose, we find notes of passion fruit and mango, as well as more delicate notes of white fruits, peach and nectarine. The mouth expresses an elegant and light roundness, with ripe fruit notes, balancing with the refreshing bubbliness.
