Divin Pinot Noir

Produced in the Loire Valley, this Pinot Noir has been selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its balance between tannins and acidity, enabling us to produce a base wine that is ideal for the delicate exercise of de-alcoholisation. The aroma is delicate but engaging, with characteristic notes of Pinot Noir of Loire Valley, ranging from red fruits, redcurrant, strawberry and cherries to fresher notes of mint and tomato leaf. The olfactory sensation is enhanced by the sweeter notes of caramel and vanilla. We find the same aromatic notes on the palate, the wine has a medium structure, an acidity that gives freshness balanced by an alive but not aggressive tannin.
