Lautus Sauvignon Blanc uses Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Stellenbosch and a small percentage from a coastal region. Great care is taken whilst removing the alcohol from this wine. Expect elegant notes of sumptuous tropical fruit and lime, finishing with a fresh acidity and lingering aftertaste. Think tropical fruits like pineapple, passionfruit, white peach, and melon.
